The two Bean Geese, that Patrick and Ruth Sullivan first spotted this
last weekend, flew into the Hoquiam sewer ponds at 8:55 a.m. and left
again at 9:15 a.m. with a small flock of Canada Geese to the southeast.
There was one Greater White-fronted Goose on the grass on the south edge
of the sewer ponds. It's left wing is hanging down out of place. There
was one Hudsonian Godwit with the large flock of Marbled Godwits on the
wooden dock at the Tokeland Marina at noon.
