Today at Frye Cove Park (Thurston Co.) there were in excess of 80
Barrows Goldeneyes, roughly 60 males and 20 females. The total was
probably a good deal higher than that, as I could get glimpses of
more birds farther up the cove, but visiblity is too limited to get
any kind of accurate count. Last weekend there were none at this
location.
