The following birds were seen by Wayne Weber between about 3:30 and
4:15 PM on November 5, 2003 near mile marker 14 on State Highway 105,
on the north side of Willapa Bay, about 4.5 miles east of the turnoff
to Tokeland.

The tide was low, and there was a fringe of exposed tideflats about
400 to 800 metres wide along the north side of the bay.

Distinctly smaller than Marbled Godwits, gray above, white
below, no buffy or cinnamon tones. Seen several times in flight;
obvious white wing stripe, white rump, black tail.
