Tweeters,

After being disappointed by the Sea Hawks (again) the wife and I did a 2
PM run on the Tradition Plateau of Tiger Mt While going south on a
pipe line right of way, a half mile SE of Round Lake, we stopped to
check out a group of upset Golden-crowned Kinglets. I noticed a couple
of large feather clumps floating down which came from a Northern
Pygmy-Owl plucking one of the Kinglets. He was 25 feet up a Alder and
looking a lot like a leaf. He or she didn't pay much attention to us,
probably too busy eating. I've heard them calling on Tiger before, but
this is the first visual.
