From the tip of West Point (in Seattle's Discovery Park) this morning,
I watched a steady stream of N. FULMARS fly south alone or in small
groups. 1-2 per minute for an hour! Nearly all were dark phase (2
light phase). The majority were well out in the sound, but several flew
by fairly close to the point.
Also of note: ANCIENT MURRELET (9), PARASITIC JAEGER (1), HEERMANN'S
GULL (1), CALIFORNIA GULL (1), THAYER'S GULL (1)
