Birded vantage area today and had a few good highlights.

Good numbers of Chukar below the Ginkgo overlook, about 20 birds.
At the ginkgo boat launch a WHITE-THROATED SPARROW among the white-crowns and juncos.
Just north of the I-90 bridge in the cove, 2 Eared Grebes.
Below wanapum dam, an immature Bonapartes gull and 2 Killdeer, both getting to be late date.
On the way home, up Beacon Ridge Rd on the Vantage Highway, 4 Northern Shrikes.
