Greetings fellow Tweeters!

Yesterday (11/17) around noon my husband rushed into our home office where I
was working and said I should come see the large bird that just flew into
our apple tree from the direction of our feeders. It turned out to be a
Eurasian Collared-Dove! What a lovely bird! It stayed in the apple tree
about 5 minutes and then left.

It's always nice to get a lifer, but it's even better when the lifer is also
a yard bird! Edmonds birders, keep your eyes peeled for this beautiful
dove.

Good birding,
Anne
