I personally would love to see the Descutes estuary restored, but
politcally, it's a non-starter, especially given how much they've
just spent on the park around the lake.

Have you been there recently? Where else in the Oly vicinity can you
see a flock of scaup the size of the one now on Capitol Lake? Never
mind the Redheads (since I can't ever seem to find them anyway...).
