This morning I visited the Gyrfalcon site south of Snohomish. No Gyr, but
I saw a tan WHITE-THROATED SPARROW just east of the bridge (French Creek?).
On to Two Rivers Wildlife Area (Crescent Lake WA)near Monroe for a Swamp
Sparrow. I didn't find a Swamp Sparrow, but I did see a PRAIRIE FALCON.
The bird was perched during my entire early afternoon visit at the edge of
the corn field south of the north parking lot.
It was a good day.
