Tweeters,

The SNOW BUNTING was an easy find this morning (11/28/03). I watched the
bird from 10:00 to 10:30 at very close range. It was near the
transmission tower several hundred yards west of the Coast Guard gate.
It was would forage on the bay side of the spit and when it would flush,
it would head to the ocean side of the spit. I put some bird seed on the
ground in hopes that it would keep the bird close to the same spot.

Good birding,

Russell
