Hello All,

First a huge apology for forwarding the Fall Foliage and Feathers Festival Announcement over Tweeters.

Secondly the highlights of today's birding adventure.
1 Ferruginous Hawk at jct of Frog Hollow and Forest Rds.sw of Walla Walla
1 Says Phoebe along Frog Hollow Rd.
9 Great Egrets out on the Walla WALLA River delta
14 Pectoral Sandpipers
1 Merlin.....out on the WWRdelta
1 Caspian Tern......getting late to still be here
2 White-throated Sparrows..... at Hood Park in the Wildlife area. About ten days early.

NOTE: Located a lone Monarch Butterfly today out on the Peninsula HMU, McNary NWR, WALLA WALLA Co. late date for this species in this county.
