A Heermann's Gull was at Tahlequah yesterday where it was spotted by Gary
Shugart and I noticed it today while hoping to spot some of the pelagics seen
going by Dash Point. Tahlequah is at Vashon Island's southern tip. Hundred's
of Bonaparte's and other gulls were on the Pt. Defiance side of the water, out
of the way of the wind somewhat but too far for my binoculars to spot anything
unusual.
