Off Topic but may interest birders: There were six or more River Otters in Port Angeles harbor Thursday late afternoon. I did see six on the surface at the same time. They were diving in a feeding frenzy. They never failed to come up without a eight to ten inch herring-like fish in their jaws, hastily gulping the catch and diving down again for more. I watched them for about 15 minutes and had to leave. They were about a hundred yards off shore at the Francis Street Park. A fascinating sight!.
