Hello All,
The Fall Fest of Foilage and Feathers has already started producing some unexpected species. This morning out on the first fieldtrip we found the following species:

American Dipper......1 at Rooks Park
Great Horned Owl.....2 at Rooks Park
Hooded Merganser....2 near Rooks Park
Common Merganser..2 on Mill creek at Rooks Park
Greater Yellowlegs.....1 at Bennington Lake
Am.Pipit....................7 at Bennington Lake
BOHEMIAN WAXWING...8 BIRDS AT BENNINGTON LAKE
this is our earliest record for Walla Walla Co..
This tree and birding fest runs through Monday. Still Two Boreal Owl Trips and many other birding tours. Outstanding weather and great locations to visit. Support wildlife tourism!
Come to Walla Walla and get in some birding.
