Relatively quiet with the wind picking up ahead of the rain. However
there were a couple of gems:

1 horned lark - flying west from Laurelhurst
1 canvasback - out in Union Bay

4 yellow-rumped warblers
4+ ruby-crowned kinglets
1 Wilson's snipe
11 ruddy ducks - out in Union Bay
7 American goldfinches
10 white-crowned sparrows
4 golden-crowned sparrows
1 Cooper's hawk
1 red-tailed hawk

No sign of the white-throated sparrow though mist birds were keeping
well out of the wind so I assume it is still around.
