My experience is that King County Parks may be just as
bad unfortunately (I KNOW Shoreline city parks are but
we won't go there). Unfortunately by the time
concerned citizens get wind of what is going on and
get organized to resist these sorts of things it is
often too late to do much about them except perhaps
delay them just a little bit longer.

This is what the world is coming to.
