Does anyone know a good article or source of
information about post breeding dispersal in scrub
jays? It seems like this is a good year for them
heading out this way and I'm curious about reasons
why. I see there is one on the Vancouver RBA, and I
just recieved a report of one in Everett this week. A
couple weeks ago there was one at the Montlake Fill.

They seem to be on the move right now so keep your
eyes open and your feeders filled!
