Sorry to use the bulletin board as a way to reach one specific birder (is that what is meant by cross-posting?) but...

Scott Atkinson, I keep receiving your e-mails, and you do not seem to receive mine!

This, of course, can mean only one thing: I am composed of pork with ham, salt, water, modified potato starch, sugar, and sodium nitrate (AKA Spam).

Obligatory bird sighting for this post: American Goldfinch numbers are dwindling fast in the still-thistle-infested Lyman area of Skagit County.
