Montlake Fill is already being actively "managed" with the blackberry
under control rather than being removed. I am just saddened by the lack
of competence in putting the management plan into practise. The current
plan has a number of deleterious effects which is degrading the habitat
and wildlife and reducing the value of the area. Connie detailed a
number of these in her letter to Urban Horticulture.
