My mother gave me "A First Book upon the Birds of Oregon & Washington" by
William Rogers Lord at 1902
It is a wonderful book with some great b&w photos, many of children with
birds. Inside I found an old Sunday paper clipping from August 11, 1935.
"Tiniest Birds Residents Of Seattle Trees". I've scanned the article but
don't have a website to post it.
