I have added some of the photos I took of the buff-breasted sandpiper
at Kah Tai Lagoon, Port Townsend to my web site in the recent photos

This was a pretty hard bird to photograph. Not only did it rarely sit
still, it hung around with Killdeer in the early morning when the light
was best for photography so getting close was out of the question.
However after two days and roughly 12 hours of trying I think I got
some reasonably good shots.
