On Saturday afternoon, I birded the both ends of the "Yellow Trail,"
hoping to find several target shorebirds. I was able to find several
Red Knots, but dipped on both Golden-Plovers. Overall numbers were
low. It looked like there were more birds on the edges of Grassy
Island, but I didn't have the time to head out in that direction.
