Greetings to all tweeters,

Several years ago I visited an island near Everett that was near some sewage
ponds. It is quite famous for birding, but I can't remember the name or how
to get there.

If somebody could pass the name on to me along with a few directions to get
there I would appreciate it. Thanks.
