For those interested: The new gull book by Olsen is being recalled because
of the the amount of errors in it (there is even an error in the errata
sheet!). Late 2004 is the earliest estimate for a corrected edition. I
personally am keeping my copy until the new edition is out; I waited too
long just to relinquish it now.
