The following birds were observed by Wayne Weber at and near the
Jensen Access of the Skagit Wildlife Area, Skagit County, WA on
September 22, 2003 between about 4:00 and 5:30 P.M. A brisk westerly
wind off Skagit Bay, together with bright sunshine, made it somewhat
difficult to observe and count birds on the water. The tide was high,
and there was no exposed mud.
