Notes: Today turned out to be the best banding day of the year as far
as numbers go. Kind of weird for the end of September. Sparrow movements
continue with SPOTTED TOWHEES, GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROWS and LINCOLN'S
SPARROWS, along with the FOX and SONG SPARROWS we actually caught, recorded.
Warblers included both types of YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS, BLACK-THROATED
GRAY and TOWNSEND'S WARBLERS and many COMMON YELLOWTHROATS.

I do not know which to prefer,
The beauty of inflections
Or the beauty of innuendoes,
The blackbird whistling
Or just after.
