week end.

Sharp-tailed Grouse - 1 bird ran across the road and then flew back across
the road at 7:30AM on
Swanson Lake Rd south of Hwy 2 at Creston
LB Dowitcher - Swanson Lake

Anerican Pipit - "
Virginia Rail - near Swanson Lake

Sprague Lake in Lincoln County
Palm Warbler - this very rare bird for eastern Wash was well seen by Mark
only (Mark has been permanently removed from my will)
American White Pelican
Orange-crowned Warbler
Bewick's Wren - 1 seen and heard

Lind Coulee
Black-bellied Plover - 1
American Golden-plover - 2
plus all birds seen on Saturday

On the way back to Seattle I stopped at Dodson Road and Frenchman Hills
Road.
Sandhill Crane - 3 seen overhead, flying south

I also stopped at the ponds on Frontage Road, east of George, west of
Dodson Rd.
Caspian Tern - 2 juv
Baird's Sanpiper - 1
Wilson's Snipe - 1
American Pipit - 1

A single TURKEY VULTURE flew overhead at Lake Easton.

The Palm Warbler notwithstanding:

It was a good week end.
