Hello, Exactly how many of the purported 5+ Swainson's Thrushes were actually seen by the observers; this is very important to know. The appearance of so many extremely early Swainson's Thrushes is unprecedented in this region. I believe I remember a post not long ago, stating that even when they are seen early, they are usually not yet singing. Right now as I type, a Starling perches atop a nearby fir uttering a dead on Swainson's Thrush song. Exactly where and when were these reported Swainson's Thrushes heard/seen?
