I saw, heard and recorded one in State Park Issaquah. Confirmed and
singing..

Today I heard one outside my recording studio, Judy saw one in Renton that
was posted to the group and 2 others had confirmed to me off the group that
they had seen/heard the birds, they preferred not to post to the group
because of fear of disbelief, as I had said before if you had followed the
posts, this world is ever changing and climates warming all the time, I have
a mate in Arizona that has Swainson's thrushes all winter long that do not
sing, this year they were singing outside his house in Clarkdale, he wanted
to know if the bird sounded the same as up here in the Pacific Northwest.



PS. Up to now, I have no Starling visitors unfortunately.

Hello, Exactly how many of the purported 5+ Swainson's Thrushes were
actually seen by the observers; this is very important to know. The
appearance of so many extremely early Swainson's Thrushes is unprecedented
in this region. I believe I remember a post not long ago, stating that even
when they are seen early, they are usually not yet singing. Right now as I
type, a Starling perches atop a nearby fir uttering a dead on Swainson's
Thrush song. Exactly where and when were these reported Swainson's Thrushes
heard/seen?
