No Mew Gulls on this sunshiny day: I wonder if they've left for their breeding area. One OSPREY took a turn fishing at Turning Basin #3, but came up empty-taloned. Lots of displaying by the BUFFLEHEADS across the river near the sunken barge. And the GREEN-WINGED TEAL took turns accompanying Gadwalls and Mallards. Sorry, pal, I don't think you're in luck finding a mate here. Mammal: Harbor seal checked out the goose-exclusion area.
