Well, I guess I'll throw my two cents in here. Before you hit that 'send'
button take a minute to think, "will everyone benefit from this email, or is
it really just for that one person?"

Here's another good rule to follow:
"Private replies. Private posts are always appropriate for "me-toos,"
"attagirls," and information not meaningful to other subscribers. Do not
send such content-free posts to the entire list, please." -Taken from the
