I have just returned from an interesting trip to the Potholes. Saw two
Canandian Geese nesting in trees along with Herons and Egrets! Does
this happen very much? First time observation for me.

Sat and watched thousands of the Sandhill Cranes catching thermals,
soaring and heading north. What a sight!

So many, many birds around the Potholes - it was fabulous!
