Sunday Bird Walk: Morrell Sanctuary, April 18, 8: 45 am. To 11:30 am

Weather: Mostly sunny, calm winds and about 10?C

Observers: Fifteen Sunday birders (including a visitor from Nova Scotia)

Highlights: As we were in the forest most of our sightings were a quick glance. A lot of sounds were heard--- including Orange-crowned, Black-throated and Townsend's Warblers, Winter Wrens, Purple Finch, Ravens, and Canada Geese. It was great to practice id-- ing the sounds of the birds!
