Just a note on the Nigerian Scam and other unwanted messages. I get these things at work, too, and don't communicate with Tweeters from that office. Any time you send any messages anywhere, or go to different places on the web, spammers will be able to grab your email address. There are a number of companies that can set up firewalls for you to protect you from most spamming, but nothing is 100% guaranteed.
