Subject: Best time for shorebirds?

We're planning a trip to the Grays Harbor, Washington area and are wondering
if the shorebird migration has begun yet. We haven't seen any recent
postings about large flocks of shorebirds arriving there. We'd like to
avoid the actual weekend of the shorebird festival. When would be a good
time to visit?

Thanks.
