Hello, Today I've had a wonderful time reviewing both the California and Oregon Rare Birds Committee websites. Both are choc-full of interesting tid-bits on the what, the when, the where and the whys or why nots of both states' rarities. I've become somewhat frustrated because try as I might, I can't seem to track down the web address of the corresponding Washington State site. Could someone please send me in the right direction?
