Steve Warner just called to tell me he had a BLACK PHOEBE
at parking lot D, Ft Stevens State Park (Oregon). He says
he watched the bird flycatching for several minutes before
it took off north across the Columbia River.

He also had 7 species of shorebirds on the Necanicum Estuary.
