Hello All,
Today we birded the western edge of Walla Walla County starting at the Walla Walla River delta.
Bird numbers are building in the area as shorebird migration pushes towards its peak. Birds seen today on this very interesting delta.

Iowa Beef is no more and was bought out by Tyson Inc. giving Tyson 40% of all the slaughtering in North America.
The good news is that all the great wet sites are still present and large numbers of birds are still using the ponds east off Dodd Rd.
Today we located 2 White-faced Ibis .3 miles east of the Tyson Slaughter plant on the north side of Dodd Rd..
Thats it.
Later Mike
