I'm leading a trip to that area next Saturday for Tahoma Audubon. I'd REALLY appreaciate ongoing Eider reports during the week so that we could all get a look at it on the 14th if it's still around. Thanks!

The Eider is on again, off again. This morning around 9 he was not to be seen. I checked again shortly before noon (11:45) and he was back on his favorite boom log. He was a no-show at around 5 PM. But I just returned from my evening check at 7:30 PM and he was back on the same log. So things look pretty good for a sighting on the week-end.
