It seems likely that being treated to several outstanding birds at one
time, as we have been during the last couple of weeks, may significantly
depress the combined search efforts of the state birding community,
allowing many other vagrants to slip through, undetected. There are
definitely many more good vagrants out there waiting to be found. The
Northern Parula seen at Bottle Beach is one example. What's next? :)
