Wanted to let you know about my 3rd unsuccessful try for the B-T gull. I arrived at around 11:30 and stayed to about 2:45. People there from 6:30 a.m. had not seen it when I arrived. At 2:45 I went to Tokeland and observed 400+ marbled godwits on the dock, but no bar-tailed. I returned to North Cove at 3:30 and the 3 remainder had moved down to the beach. They still appeared to be searching. Earlier I had spent an hour on the beach (probably about 1:15-2:15) and couldn't find the B-T gull. Am not sure I'll ever see this gull. I don't subscribe to tweeters, so maybe you could post this for me. Thanks, Valerie
