This morning (6 December 2004) Dave Swayne had a Say's Phoebe near the
Boeing Ponds in Kent. To get to this site, go east on 212th from 64th Ave
about half a mile or so. At the KOA grounds, turn left (north) on 59th
Place. In another 1/3 of a mile you'll see the ponds on the right.
