I saw a Peregrine about 200 yards from the banks of the slough in Kenmore about 3 weeks ago. It was a misty morning and I was walking my brisk pace to the bus stop from Juanita Drive to Bothell Way. I almost walked past it - out of the corner of my eye, there it was.
