Subject: [Tweeters] Grant County, WA Long-tailed Duck/Snowy Owls

Hi Tweets,

Today Barb and I made a run south of Moses Lake to see the Snowy Owl located
yesterday. The bird was located at the same location as yesterday. In
addition, a second bird was discovered west of Road 'K' SE. Both birds
appear to be immature birds, however the bird on Road K was some distance
away and a definitive age was not established.

We then went to Perch Point where we discovered a female LONG-TAILED DUCK.
The bird immediately flew, but we tracked it across the lake and it was
later relocated at a turnout on the O'Sullivan Dam Road (SR-262). The
turnout is the large one with white posts guarding the drop-off.

Cheers
