Duane Sept had at least one book published by Harbour in BC (an
intertidal guide) but has now formed his own company (in BC) called
Calypso Books or Press I think. The bird book you are referring to is
probably the same as one in BC - one of those published with different
titles in the US and Canada, much like the plant guides from Lone Pine
Publishing.

My new book, on the other hand, has the same title in both countries.
