Yes, this is true. Lincoln spent the night in jail and
will be arraigned this morning. Mary Tyler Moore has
retained an attorney to represent him.

BUT in other news ... the co-op architect has designed
a railing that will go around the nest to prevent nest
sticks from falling onto pedestrians' heads. The
Audubon officials said last night that the railing and
spikes will be installed at the original nest site by
the end of this week!

We are watching and waiting .. but this is good news.
much different from what was being said one week ago
today!
