Tweeters,
Cool, gray, but calm and dry at Turning Basin #3. The COMMON MERGANSERS
I saw today seemed to be arranged in two pairs, but with another female
tagging along at the periphery of the two-pair grouping. The Peregrine
Falcon, perched on the catwalk on the north side of the east-bank power
tower, was actively scanning the area.

Birds seen during this scan include the following:
Domestic goose
Common Merganser (5)
Double-crested Cormorant (2)
Peregrine Falcon
Glaucous-winged Gull (14)
Rock Pigeon (110)
American Crow (3)
House Finch (2)

Not a lot out there during this period.

May all your birds be identified,

Denis DeSilvis
