Dear Mike,

How nice of you to let us know how well we are received. I have been there
2 times and marvel at how nicely the neighbors speak to us. I am sure they
never envisioned such a deluge of people in their neighborhood.

We are an enthusiastic group of people and love it when we can chase a
rarity.
