Doesn't it seem that there have been more swallow sightings this winter than
would have been expected years ago? Or is it that I hadn't subscribed to
Tweeters 15 years ago. Of course I don't have to convince this group that
global warming is real.

Trying for a good list the last day of Jan. we spotted one BARN SWALLOW
flying low over the Columbia River off Bridgeport Bar, Douglas Co. Never
seen a swallow of any kind in Jan. over here. Was a nice sunny day, but at
8:00 p.m. it started snowing.... Meredith (P.S. if you know the Am.
Tree Swallow spot, it wasn't far from there.)
