Hello All,
On 1 Feb. an adult Great-gray Owl was located just north of Bennington Lake along the feeder canal into the lake by Jonathan and Melissa Webster at about 3:30P.M.. On 2 Feb. Rodger Shoemake also observed this same Great-gray Owl a little to the east of its first location. We went out today in a light snow fall but failed to relocate this outstanding discovery. This is a species with still less than 7 records in Walla Walla Co.. Bennington lake is south of Rooks Park and east of Walla Walla.
Later Mike
